Kindergarten Exploration/Open House
Cross-age activities are important at TCPS allowing younger students to interact with our older students on a daily basis.
2023 Clairemont Family Day
Come join Clairemont’s largest annual celebration! There will be a variety of entertainment and music, plus food, vendors, games, and much more. TCPS will have a booth! We welcome volunteers to spend some time with us that day to greet prospective parents or just to come say hi and hang out!
Bring the whole family and make a day of it. We hope to see you there!
First Day of School and Bubble Ceremony

It’s the First Day of School! We can’t wait to see students and parents to welcome you to an awesome start of the 2023-2024 school year! We will gather in the playground starting at 8:15 am.
Parents are welcome back at 2:15 pm for our Annual Bubble Ceremony during which we will all gather as a school community to bubble wishes up to the sky for a fantastic school year!
Student Visiting Day

Students will come to campus to meet with their teacher and classmates. Visiting times for each class will be staggered by grade level (K - 2nd, 3rd - 5th, 6th - 8th) beginning at 9 am. Parents are invited to remain on campus in the playground to meet and mingle (not mandatory). Volunteer opportunities will also be posted. Watch for more detailed information coming soon!
Back to School Parent Potluck & Classroom Orientation
Parents will gather for the annual Parents’ Back to School Orientation.
Parent - Teacher Conferences
Our Beginning of the Year Parent-Teacher conferences provide an opportunity for our teachers to start to get to know parents and share updates and goals for their children. Check your email or the Tuesday Notice for sign-up times.
“Rock-a-Thon” Jogathon
TCPS Jogathon 2022 - Get ready for the “Running Wild” Jogathon on May 26, 2022! Have a ton of fun while raising funds for TCPS! The Jogathon also kicks off our annual online auction!

Back to School Parent Orientation
Hear from Mr. Kim, be introduced to teachers and staff, and breakout by grade for a detailed overview of the 2021-2022 school year from your child’s teacher!
Our annual Back to School Parent Orientation will be virtual this year to encourage all parents to attend. The link will be distributed by email to all enrolled parents. Parents are welcome to come to campus Thursday morning during your child’s class visiting time to meet and mingle with other parents from the class and explore volunteer opportunities.
