TCPS Alumni

Sofia and Max (TCPS ‘23) returned to TCPS to volunteer during a school holiday. They enrolled at Francis Parker School after graduating from TCPS. It was great to see them volunteering with younger students!

Tripp (TCPS ‘10) returned to TCPS after a summer internship spent in Nairobi, Kenya, wearing traditional Kenyan attire. After TCPS Tripp attended The Bishop’s School, earned his B.S. from the University of Arizona, and a M.S. from USC. Tripp works for Boston Consulting Group and is currently pursuing his M.B.A. from Stanford University. It was great to see Tripp and hear about his adventures!

Will (TCPS ‘09) shared this picture taken during an internship with U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock. After TCPS Will attended San Diego High School’s International Baccalaureate program and earned his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. He is currently in his final year at Yale Law School. Will looks back fondly on his K - 8th grade years at TCPS teaching him a love of life-long learning.

Abu (TCPS '04) comes back to visit TCPS even though he lives in Texas and is training to be a police officer there. Thank you for visiting and keeping everyone safe!

Kaylee (TCPS '13) attended Escondido Charter School after TCPS. Kaylee enjoyed taking AP classes at school and in her free time she was very involved in boxing and jiu jitsu.

Jalen (TCPS '07) went to college in Arizona to play Football!

Sammy (TCPS alum '13) attended Canyon Crest High School. Sammy came back to help out with the Big Event and enjoyed seeing his former History teacher, Mr. Kim!

Mollie (TCPS '11) and Matthew (TCPS '12) both attended the San Diego HS International Studies program. In their time outside of a typical school day, Mollie played on the Varsity Volleyball team and Matthew was their team manager and also played soccer and volleyball. They both went on to college at Seattle University and Willamette University.

Henry (TCPS Alum '11) finished up his Senior year at San Diego High School where he took classes in the International Baccalaureate program. He said he enjoyed the program immensely and liked having classes with other former students like Mollie (TCPS Alum '11). Henry later earned his B.S. from Macalester College and works in Minnesota.

Danya (TCPS '12) loved attending The Bishops School after TCPS! Danya loved her AP Lit class and thanked her former English teacher Ms. Risch for helping to prepare her. Danya also enjoyed doing things outside of school like theater, dance, and being a T.A. for her Hebrew School. Danya later attended college on the East Coast.

Jeyan (TCPS '15) started her freshman year at Francis Parker School! She is currently training in cross country and has been involved in the Marine Biology and Photography clubs! Jeyan is seen here with her former math teacher Mr. Martin who also shares a love for photography.

Emily (TCPS '14) caught up with students Tia and Bri at the STEAM Maker Festival!

We were so excited when Doug, Whitley, and Joey all stopped by to visit! Glad you are all enjoying high school.

Kelly and Alia (Alums who graduated over a decade ago!) came to our Halloween Carnival and caught up with Ms. Risch.

Myles (TCPS '11) attended La Jolla High School after TCPS and played for their Varsity Water Polo Team. It was great to see Myles!

Johnny (TCPS Graduate '14) won the Coach's Award for Water Polo at La Jolla High School. His Coach says: "Johnny always gives 100% and is most likely to succeed in whatever he does". Way to go Johnny!

Griffin (TCPS '09) was working hard applying his math skills in class at St. John's College (ranked #56 in the U.S. by U.S. News). We are glad you are doing so well and hope it doesn't get too cold for you out there in Maryland!

Brendan (TCPS '08) currently works for the Padres. He was named employee of the month and this week he was named first year employee of the year also known as... the Padres Rookie of the Year! Congratulations Brendan! And it's root, root, root for the home team....

Aaron, (TCPS '10) is currently serving in The United States Marine Corps and has graduated from Aviation Electronics School! Way to go Aaron! We appreciate your service.
