Math Guidelines and Overview

The Child’s Primary School offers two levels of math classes at each grade in the middle school. This allows us to differentiate instruction and best meet the needs of all learners. For the 2010-11 school year, sixth grade students will be taking either Level 6 General Math or Pre-Algebra. Seventh grade students have the option of Pre-Algebra or Pre-Algebra w/Algebra I. This year in the eighth grade, due to class composition and needs, all students will be taking Algebra I.
