The
Application Process
The following outlines the steps of our application
process:
- Schedule a tour. At
that time, we will give you an application card.
- Send us the application card and the non-refundable
application/evaluation fee ($100). The evaluation process
will not begin until
payment is received.
- We will then send you: a) A letter
confirming receipt of application; b) permission forms (for testing
and for release of records from previous
school); c) Teacher Recommendation form for your child's teacher to
complete; and d) Application form.
- Once you return the appropriate forms and
background information to us, we will contact you to schedule
a school readiness and/or academic evaluation.
- After the application is complete, parents
will receive notification of a decision regarding placement at TCPS.
There are no written reports of the testing provided.
